When you claim an NFT from Ainovo:

• You own the NFT as recorded on the blockchain, but Ainovo retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying content.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the NFT content without explicit permission.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Use automated means to access or collect data from our services

You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs, including:

• Price volatility
• Regulatory uncertainty
• Technical vulnerabilities
• Potential for permanent loss of access to NFTs due to lost private keys

7. Privacy and Data Collection

When you claim an NFT from Ainovo:

• We collect and store your name and email address temporarily for the purpose of processing your NFT claim.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Your information is stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel as needed to fulfill your NFT claim.
• We retain your information only for as long as necessary to process your claim and provide support related to your NFT.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
